【摘要】：正随着互联网技术的研发成功和普遍运用,知识信息的处理与传播速度大大加快,传播范围迅速扩大,刊登原创论文的学报之地位显得愈发重要,学报已经成为许多科技工作者获得科技新思想、新知识的途径,了解科技新技术、新进展的平台。在此背景下,如何更加有效地扩大学报的社会影响力和美誉度,增强学报的市场竞争力?本文试论提升学报编辑的思
[Abstract]:With the successful research and development and universal application of Internet technology, the processing and dissemination of knowledge and information has been greatly accelerated, the scope of dissemination has been rapidly expanded, and the position of journals publishing original papers has become more and more important. Journals have become a platform for many scientific and technological workers to obtain new ideas and new knowledge of science and technology, and to understand new technologies and new progress of science and technology. In this context, how to expand the social influence and reputation of journals more effectively, and enhance the market competitiveness of journals? On the thoughts of promoting the Editing of Journals
