大学生党员“四位一体”学习导师制教育模式初探

【摘要】：当前大学生党员存在入党动机多元、政治理论素养不高、党性修养不够、模范作用不突出等问题。北京科技大学结合工作实践探索设立了党支部学习导师制度,并形成了加强理论指导、思想引导、深度辅导、行为善导四位一体的学习导师工作模式。这一"四导"模式遵循认知、情感、行为多元合一的教育理念与规律,能够为增强大学生党员教育实效提供借鉴,并进一步启示双效主体性教育培养的意义和价值。
[Abstract]:At present, college students' party members have many problems, such as pluralistic motivation to join the party, low political theory accomplishment, insufficient party spirit accomplishment, not outstanding exemplary role, etc. Beijing University of Science and Technology has set up the study tutor system of the Party branch in combination with the work practice. And formed a four-in-one work mode of learning mentors, which is to strengthen theoretical guidance, ideological guidance, in-depth guidance and good behavior guidance. This "four-guide" mode follows the educational concept and law of multiple integration of cognition, emotion and behavior. It can provide reference for enhancing the actual effect of college students' Party member education, and further enlighten the significance and value of the cultivation of dual effect subjective education.
