【摘要】："两学一做"学习教育的开展为高校党员干部作风建设提供了新的方向。对照"两学一做"学习教育的有关要求,当前高校党员干部作风还存在着一定差距和一些问题。针对这些问题,可以从筑牢思想防线,加强高校党员干部思想作风建设;加强学习,树立高校党员干部勤奋好学优良学风;将规矩和纪律挺在前面,牢固树立高校党员干部守纪律、讲规矩的意识;强化正面激励和监督问责,进一步树立高校党员干部勇于担责、真抓实干、奋发有为的工作作风方面加强高校党员干部作风建设。
[Abstract]:The development of the study education of "two learning and one doing" provides a new direction for the construction of the work style of the Party members and cadres in colleges and universities. At present, there are still some gaps and some problems in the style of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities. In view of these problems, we can strengthen the construction of ideological style of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities by building a strong ideological line of defense; Strengthen the study, set up the high school party member cadre diligent easy to study the fine study atmosphere; We should stick to the rules and discipline in front of them, and firmly establish the sense of discipline and discipline among party members and cadres in colleges and universities; We should strengthen positive incentives and supervision and accountability and further strengthen the construction of the work style of party members and cadres in colleges and universities in terms of having the courage to shoulder their responsibilities, doing what they really do, and making great efforts to promote their work style.
