【摘要】：近日,中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平对在全党开展"两学一做"学习教育作出重要指示,强调"两学一做"学习教育是加强党的思想政治建设的一项重大部署,是协调推进"四个全面"战略布局特别是推动全面从严治党向基层延伸的有力抓手,基础在学,关键在做,各级党组织要履行抓好"两学一做"学习教育的主体责任,坚持区分层次,突出问题导向,确保取得实际成效。连日来,青海各级党组织精心组织、科学谋划,认真贯彻中央"两学一做"学习教育工作座谈会的部署要求,结合实际制定在全体党员中开展"学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员"学习教育实施方案,确保学习教育"抓在平常、融入经常"的要求落到实处,推动"两学一做"学习教育开好头、起好步。本栏目聚焦各地区各部门各单位学什么、怎样学、如何做,集中报道"两学一做"学习教育的开展情况,敬请关注。
