加强基层服务型党组织建设的对策研究

【摘要】：[摘]加强基层服务型党组织建设是落实"四个全面"战略布局的内在要求,是实现中国梦的现实需要,是践行群众路线的必然选择,是保证党长期执政的重要举措,具有重大的现实意义。本文梳理了基层服务型党组织建设的提出和发展历程,总结了基层服务型党组织建设在实践中面临的问题及其原因,并提出了四条对策建议。一要提高站住,深化认识,从全面建成小康社会的战略高度强化服务理念;二要严明纪律,建好队伍,按照全面从严治党的要求提高服务能力;三要开拓阵地,建好平台,以全面深化改革的决心和智慧提升服务水平;四要建章立制,做足配套,依据基层治理法治化的部署实现服务常态化、有效化。
[Abstract]:[Strengthening the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented party organization is the internal requirement of implementing the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, the realistic need of realizing Chinese Dream, and the inevitable choice of practicing the mass line. It is an important measure to ensure the Party to be in power for a long time and has great practical significance. This paper summarizes the problems and causes of the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented party organizations in practice, and puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions. First, we should improve our station and deepen our understanding. Strengthen the service concept from the strategic height of building a well-off society in an all-round way; Second, we must strictly discipline, build a good team, in accordance with the requirements of comprehensive strict administration of the party to improve service capacity; Third, to open up the front, build a good platform, to comprehensively deepen the reform of the determination and wisdom to improve the level of service; Fourth, we should set up regulations, set up a complete set of necessary, according to the deployment of grass-roots governance rule of law to achieve the normalization of service, effective.
