【摘要】:正获得上级领导的赏识和认可是年轻干部职场拼搏的首要目标,其不仅直接关系自我职位的升迁,更影响个人职业目标的实现。相较于"世家子弟"优越的出身、丰富的职场资源、殷实的家境,基层的年轻干部更多的是通过考试、考核而实现职位升迁,其不得不面对自我薄弱的职场基础、贫瘠的职场资源这一现实。如何通过后天的努力而实现对上级领导眼光的成功"锁定"就成为其立足的关键,在无先天资源可以利用的前提下,其必须通过个人能力的提升而实现对职场资源的有效积
[Abstract]:Being appreciated and recognized by the leaders is the primary goal of the young cadres in the workplace, which is not only directly related to the promotion of their own positions. More impact on the realization of personal career goals. Compared with the "family children" superior birth, rich workplace resources, solid family conditions, grassroots young cadres are more through the examination, assessment and achieve job promotion.
