【摘要】："全面建成小康社会,全面深化改革,全面依法治国,全面从严治党"是以习近平同志为总书记的党中央立足治国理政全局提出的引领实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标以及中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重大战略布局。确立提出"四个全面"战略布局关键在党,贯彻实施"四个全面"战略布局关键也在党。推进改进作风常态化对贯彻实施"四个全面"战略布局具有把握正确方向、奠定群众基础、创造良好环境、提供强大动力、找准科学方略等重要作用,是贯彻实施"四个全面"战略布局的重要保证。推进改进作风常态化必须提高思想政治素质,为推进改进作风常态化奠定政治基础;必须严明党的纪律和政治规矩,为推进改进作风常态化提供重要保障;必须坚持领导干部率先垂范,为推进改进作风常态化发挥引领作用;必须净化政治生态,为推进改进作风常态化创造良好环境。
