基层党建区域协同创新的内在机理

【摘要】：浙江省金华市金东区近年来通过建立区域党委,创新基层党建。经过实地考察,我感到这一探索很有意义,并使我想起了当年毛主席在部署淮海战役时,为使二野和三野两支野战军能够协同作战,在中央军委之下、野战军建制之上建立了一个指挥机构,并由邓小平对两支野战军实施统一领导。金东区的做法是在乡镇党委之下、村党支部或总支之上,建立以几个相邻村为一个区域的区域党委,使得这几个村能够协同发展。我把这一探索称为"基层党建区域协同创新"。
[Abstract]:Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, in recent years, through the establishment of regional party committees, innovative grass-roots party building. After on-the-spot inspection, I found this exploration very meaningful, and reminded me of Chairman Mao when he planned the Huaihai campaign. In order to enable the second and third field armies to work together, a command structure was established on top of the establishment of the field army under the Central military Commission. The practice of Jindong District is to establish a regional party committee with several adjacent villages as one area under the township party committee, the village party branch or the general branch. So that these villages can coordinate the development. I call this exploration "grassroots Party building regional synergy innovation."
