处理好权与法的关系

【摘要】:正"权与法"的关系问题,是全面推进依法治国面临的一个重大理论与实践问题。权与法的关系处理不好,势必导致法治不彰。所有领导干部都要正确认识和处理权与法的关系,自觉尊法学法守法用法,自觉坚持"法大于权",坚决纠正和解决"权大于法"问题。一、坚持"法大于权"的重点是规范和约束公权力全面推进依法治国,领导干部是"关键少数"。在现实生活中,有的领导干部法治意识淡薄,有法不依、违法不究、知法犯法等现象还比较普遍。比如,不屑学法,心中无法;以言代法,以权压法;执法不严,粗暴执法;干预司法,徇私枉
