习近平关于开好民主生活会论述探析

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平对开好民主生活会作了一系列重要论述。关于民主生活会制度的新内涵,他认为要"不断增强党内生活的政治性、原则性、战斗性","着力提高领导班子发现和解决自身问题的能力","坚持用好批评和自我批评武器",并重申"坚持惩前毖后、治病救人方针"等。关于如何开好民主生活会,他提出要认真执行党的民主集中制,坚持开门听取意见,领导干部要把自己摆进去,坚持"团结——批评——团结"的公式,坚持用党性原则解决领导班子不团结问题,整改落实要到位。这些重要论述,为全党进一步严格党内生活,发扬批评与自我批评的优良传统,提供了重要指导。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on opening a good democratic life meeting. On the new connotation of the democratic life meeting system, he believes that "the political, principled, and combat nature of inner-party life should be continuously enhanced." "strive to improve the ability of leading groups to find and solve their own problems," "persist in making good use of the weapons of criticism and self-criticism," and reiterate "to learn from past mistakes to avoid future ones." On how to hold a meeting on democratic life, he proposed that the party's democratic centralism should be conscientiously implemented, that it should be open to the door to listen to opinions, and that leading cadres should put themselves in. We must adhere to the formula of "unity-criticism-unity", persist in using the principle of party spirit to solve the problem of disunity among leading bodies, and carry out rectification and reform in place. These important expositions will further tighten inner-party life for the whole party. Carrying forward the fine tradition of criticism and self-criticism provides important guidance.
