【摘要】：2014年10月,习近平在党的群众路线教育实践活动总结大会上,第一次提出制度治党,创新了党建思想。十八届六中全会对全面从严治党进行了专题研究,不断推进全面从严治党向纵深发展。党要管党,从严管党,全面从严治党必须要有坚强的制度保证,发挥制度治党的根本保障作用,坚持用制度治党、管权和治吏,全方位全过程扎紧制度的笼子。新形势下,研究习近平制度治党思想,不仅有利于创新发展马克思主义党建学说,丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义理论体系内容;而且对推进全面从严治党纵深发展,建设中国特色社会主义事业具有十分重要理论和现实意义。本文研究共四部分组成:第一部分:绪论。主要介绍当前习近平制度治党思想研究成果并提出本文研究创新点和研究方法。第二部分:习近平制度治党的理论基础和现实依据。首先阐述了马克思主义经典作家、毛泽东和改革开放以来党的建设思想;其次分析面临世情、国情和党情的现实挑战。由此,论述习近平制度治党的重要性和紧迫性。第三部分:习近平制度治党思想的主要内容。从健全党内法规制度体系,严格执行、强化监督和抓住关键少数领导干部等方面,论述了制度治党是全面从严治党和协调推进“四个全面”战略布局的根本之道。第四部分:阐述了习近平制度治党思想特点和意义,论述了制度治党加强了党的领导核心地位,赢得了党心民心。
[Abstract]:In October 2014, Xi Jinping put forward the system to govern the Party for the first time at the summing up of the Party's mass line education practice. The sixth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee carried out a special study on managing the Party in an all-round and strict manner, and continuously promoted the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party to the depth. The Party should govern the Party and strictly govern the Party. We must have strong system guarantee to manage the party in an all-round and strict way, give full play to the fundamental guarantee function of the system governing the party, insist on using system to govern the party, manage the power and the officials, and tighten the cage of the system in all aspects during the whole process. The study of Xi Jinping's thought of ruling the party by system is not only conducive to the innovation and development of Marxist theory of party building, but also enriches and develops the contents of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. And to promote the comprehensive strict administration of the party in depth. The cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great theoretical and practical significance. Introduction. Mainly introduces the current research results of Xi Jinping's thought of administering the party, and puts forward the innovation and research methods of this paper. Part two:. The theoretical basis and practical basis of Xi Jinping's institutional governance of the Party. Firstly, the author expounds the classical Marxist writers. Mao Zedong and the thought of party building since the reform and opening up; Secondly, it analyzes the realistic challenges facing the world, the national conditions and the Party's feelings. Discusses the importance and urgency of Xi Jinping's institutional governance of the party. The third part: the main content of Xi Jinping's system of party governance. From the sound system of the inner-party laws and regulations, strictly carry out. We will step up supervision and seize the key minority of leading cadres. This paper discusses that institutional governance is the fundamental way to manage the Party strictly in an all-round way and to promote the "four comprehensive" strategic layout in a coordinated way. Part 4th: expounds the characteristics and significance of Xi Jinping's thought of administering the Party by system. This paper expounds that the system of ruling the Party strengthens the core position of the Party's leadership and wins the hearts and minds of the Party.
