【摘要】：在1936年随着日本帝国主义对华侵略的进行,中华民族的民族危机进一步加深。中国共产党与中国国民党从对抗走向和解,并最终形成抗日民族统一战线对挽救民族危机具有重大历史意义。抗日民族统一战线政策由中国共产党最早提出,并在革命斗争的实践中逐步调整,最后随着西安事变的和平解决中国共产党与中国国民党走向和解并形成抗日民族统一战线。中国共产党抗日民族统一战线政策的决策过程是一个在实践中受到多方面影响而不断调整的过程,中国共产党在这一时期的决策行为机制特征也与这一时期的国共两党的各方面能力对比等结构性因素密不可分。本文以中国共产党抗日民族统一战线政策决策过程为研究对象,不仅揭示这一决策过程的变化与影响因素,而且归纳出这一时期中国共产党决策行为机制的特征,并进一步剖析影响决策机制特征的结构性因素。
[Abstract]:In 1936, with the Japanese imperialist aggression against China, the national crisis of the Chinese nation deepened further. The Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese Kuomintang moved from confrontation to reconciliation. And the ultimate formation of the anti-Japanese national United front is of great historical significance to save the national crisis. The anti-Japanese national United front policy was first put forward by the Communist Party of China and gradually adjusted in the practice of revolutionary struggle. Finally, with the peaceful settlement of the Xi'an incident, the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Kuomintang moved towards reconciliation and formed an anti-Japanese national United front. The decision-making process of the Communist Party of China's anti-Japanese national United front policy is one of the most popular in practice. A process of continuous adjustment with respect to the impact. The characteristics of the decision-making mechanism of the Communist Party of China in this period are closely related to the structural factors such as the comparison of the abilities of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China in all aspects of this period. This article has made a decision on the policy of the Communist Party of China against Japanese National United Front. Cheng is the object of study. It not only reveals the changes and influencing factors of the decision-making process, but also sums up the characteristics of the decision-making behavior mechanism of the Communist Party of China in this period, and further analyzes the structural factors that affect the characteristics of the decision-making mechanism.
