【摘要】：正十八大以来,习近平总书记多次讲到规矩和政治规矩,频度之高、强度之大都超乎寻常。现阶段,抓规矩的重要性无须再去强调,真正的挑战是如何才能让规矩立得起来。首先,是要讲规矩。讲都不讲,规矩就会被不断忘记,规矩意识就会不断丧失,就不可能有规矩。其次,规矩重在执行。正如习近平总书记讲到的:定了规矩就要照着办。只有在不折不扣的执行中,让规矩成为带电的高压线,才能确立起规矩的权威。最后,要切
