【摘要】：调查研究是中国共产党人始终坚持和重视的工作方法，是中国革命和建设取得巨大成就的一大法宝，在党的十七届四中全会上，中央做出加强和改进新形势下党的建设重大问题的决定，其中指出调查研究是进行党的建设的基本方法。中国共产党的调查研究理论体系代表了调查研究工作的进程和方向，研究这一问题有利于中国共产党更好地进行自身建设。习近平在2011年中央党校的讲话中，再次强调调查研究能力是领导干部整体素质和能力的重要组成部分，研究这一问题更有助于领导干部决策科学化和领导方式现代化。中国共产党几代领导集体始终不仅重视调查研究的实践活动，而且注重理论上的概括和提炼，本研究通过构建中国共产党的调查研究理论体系，既体现中国共产党集体智慧的一脉相承性，又彰显其与时俱进性，努力获取调查研究这一传统工作方法的当代价值。我国当前正处在全面深化改革的攻坚时期，现代化建设和党的建设都面临很多新问题和新挑战，调查研究仍然是新阶段发现问题、解决问题的重要途径。在新时期搞好调查研究不仅是工作方法上的要求，而且是关系到中国特色社会主义事业得失成败的关键环节。当前在某些地区、某些部门存在调查研究动机和结果不相契合的问题，存在调查研究态度与作风的问题，在调查研究成果转化过程中也存在由于与实践脱节，方法不当，面对具体问题难以有效应用的问题等。本选题旨在通过构建中国共产党的调查研究理论体系，创新调查研究方法，拓宽调查研究途径，促进调查研究动机和结果相一致，深入探讨蕴含其中的规律性问题及积累的历史经验，从中获取对新时期调查研究工作的启示。本文以构建中国共产党调查研究的理论体系作为研究主线，运用史论结合的方法，从诠释调查研究的意义、理论基础、实践基础、基本原则以及调查研究主体和方法进行深刻阐释。第一章主要阐述调查研究之于中国共产党、中国社会发展的重要意义，是中国共产党调查研究理论体系中的关键一环。第二章主要阐述中国共产党进行调查研究的理论基础。从中国共产党调查研究理论体系形成的历史渊源、指导思想和直接源头三方面阐述。第三章主要通过建国以来中国共产党几次大规模的调查研究，阐述中国共产党调查研究理论体系形成的实践基础。第四章主要阐述中国共产党调查研究始终遵循的基本原则，用作衡量调查研究工作的有效性的重要标准。第五章围绕中国共产党作为调查研究主体多年来形成的综合素质进行阐述，构成调查研究理论体系的重要组成部分。第六章主要梳理中国共产党调查研究的类型和方法，，通过综合运用传统调查研究方法和现代调查研究方法，趋向于调查研究信度和效度的统一。最后提炼和概括中国共产党调查研究的历史经验及对新时期调查研究工作的启示，进一步完善中国共产党调查研究的理论体系。

The first chapter mainly elaborates the research significance of Chinese to the Communist Party, China of social development. Finally, refined and summarized the history of the Communist Party of Chinese research experience and Enlightenment on the research work in the new period, to further improve the theoretical system of research Chinese Communist Party.
