新官谨防自我推销陷阱

【摘要】：正"三把火"曾是新官展示能力和水平、树立形象和威信的经典动作。在依法治权和勇于担当的新形势下,新官既要展示"三把火",但更要依法展示,否则就有引火烧身的危险。据报道,某市委书记刚到一个市就急于推翻前任决策,由于没有依法决策、依法领导,加之未能廉洁自律,正当其风光地推进"新官之火"时,却被纪委请去"喝茶"了。可见,领导干部任性展示"三把火"的时代已经一去不复返了。在新常态下,新官需要把握推销规律,运用推销艺术,走出自我推销的陷阱。
[Abstract]:The "three fires" were once the classic actions of the new officials to display their ability and level, to establish their image and prestige. Under the new situation of administering power according to law and being brave to bear the responsibility, the new officials should not only display the "three fires", but also display them in accordance with the law. Otherwise, there is the danger of burning fire. It has been reported that the secretary of a city party committee was eager to overturn his predecessor's decision as soon as he arrived in a city. Due to his failure to make decisions according to law, leading according to law, and failing to be honest and self-disciplined, it was just when he was promoting the "fire of new officials" in a glorious way. It is obvious that the era of leading cadres showing the "three fires" has gone forever. Under the new normal, new officials need to grasp the laws of sales promotion, use the art of marketing, and step out of the trap of self-promotion.
