【摘要】：严明党的纪律和规矩是落实全面从严治党的治本之策,党的纪律和规矩是一个互相联系的整体。把纪律和规矩挺在前面是保持党的性质和宗旨的必然要求,便于党员干部在实践中规约自己的行动。严守党的纪律和规矩是党员干部廉洁从政的根本保证,党员干部严守党的纪律和规矩,以人民群众的价值追求和社会进步为核心,在党内和全社会具有极高的认可度,能够对共产党人的价值实现空前的提升。严守党的纪律和规矩是实现伟大"中国梦"的重要前提,党员干部要把严守党的纪律和规矩同坚定崇高的理想信念、同培养高尚的道德情操,同勤奋工作、推动科学发展密切联系起来。
[Abstract]:Strict discipline and rules of the Party is the fundamental policy of implementing a comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and the discipline and rules of the Party are a interrelated whole. Keeping discipline and rules ahead of them is an inevitable requirement for maintaining the nature and purpose of the Party. It is convenient for party members and cadres to regulate their own actions in practice. Strict observance of party discipline and rules is the fundamental guarantee for party members and cadres to be honest in politics. Party members and cadres strictly abide by party discipline and rules, with the value pursuit and social progress of the people as the core. With a high degree of recognition within the Party and the whole society, it can achieve unprecedented promotion of the value of Communists. Strict observance of party discipline and rules is an important prerequisite for the realization of the great "Chinese Dream." Party members and cadres should closely link strict observance of party discipline and rules with firm and lofty ideals and beliefs, cultivation of noble moral sentiments, hard work, and promotion of scientific development.
