【摘要】：正调研期间,我们观看了在安阳拍摄、由河南检察职业学院副院长蔡云川编剧的微电影《白发亲娘》和电影《往事如烟》的预告片。剧中的主人公是一个从小山村走出来的大学生,在组织的培养教育下,逐步成长为一名厅级干部,他爱自己的母亲,爱自己的妻子,更爱自己的孩子。可一失足顿成千古恨,腐败使他负责监管的大桥坍塌,也让他走进了犯罪的深渊。当他白发苍苍的亲娘来到监狱看望他时,母子俩的泪水触痛了所有观众柔软的内心。英国思想家欧文说:"预防犯罪远胜于惩罚
