【摘要】：正近年来,新疆沙雅县把夯实基层基础,树牢"在一线识干部、让基层出干部、凭实绩用干部"的用人导向,将选拔干部的视角向基层一线倾斜,积极探索培养选拔基层干部的有效途径,拓宽了干部培养选拔渠道,激活了选用干部的源头活水,有效提高了选人用人公信度,为维护社会稳定和长治久安提供了有力的组织保证。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Shaya County, Xinjiang, has laid a solid foundation at the grassroots level and built a cell to "identify cadres on the frontline, let cadres at the grass-roots level, and use cadres on the basis of actual achievements" in the direction of employing personnel to tilt the perspective of selecting cadres to the frontline at the grass-roots level.
