【摘要】：高校学科团队作为一种教师学术组织形式,受到高校的重视,如何进一步拓展"服务型、学习型、创新型"基层党组织在学科团队建设中发挥的作用,以及高校基层党组织加强优秀学科团队文化建设中的方法,是体现高校基层党建工作的科学化水平的重要因素。
[Abstract]:As a form of academic organization of teachers, discipline teams in colleges and universities are attached great importance to, how to further expand the role of "service-oriented, learning-oriented, innovative" grass-roots party organizations in the construction of disciplinary teams. It is an important factor to embody the scientific level of the Party building at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, and the methods of strengthening the culture construction of the excellent subject team in the grass-roots Party organizations of colleges and universities.
