农村基层“微腐败”,全面小康“大祸害”

【摘要】："微权力"也是权力,"微腐败"也是腐败,权力必须受到监督,腐败必须受到惩治。基层党员干部权力虽"微",但是,一旦滥用权力导致腐败,就会严重损害人民群众的切身利益。因此,治理农村基层"微腐败"要抓住问题的关键,从全面从严治党的大局出发,着力构建基层贪腐有效治理机制。
[Abstract]:"Micro-power" is also power, "micro-corruption" is also corruption, power must be supervised and corruption must be punished. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the key of the problem, from the overall situation of strict administration of the Party, to build an effective mechanism for the control of corruption at the grass-roots level.
