历史语境、政治传播与合法性建构——论过渡时期总路线的社会传播缘起

【摘要】：1952年,党中央按照毛泽东的建议,提出了党在过渡时期的总路线。这是中共党史和中华人民共和国历史上具有转折意义的大事。过渡时期总路线自酝酿、提出到贯彻执行,存在一个复杂的蕴含社会传播过程。过渡时期总路线的社会传播过程,是中共进一步建构执政合法性、获取执政合法性资源的过程,缘于消解思想认识分歧、推行粮食统购统销政策、肃清资本主义文化残余影响、发挥总路线实施中舆论宣传先导作用等方面的需要。探究过渡时期总路线的社会传播缘起,有助于深化对过渡时期总路线的认识,具有一定的历史价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:In 1952, according to Mao Zedong's proposal, the CPC Central Committee put forward the general line of the party in the transitional period, which is a major event of turning significance in the history of the CPC and the history of the people's Republic of China. There is a complicated process of social communication. The process of social communication of the general route in the transitional period is the process for the CPC to further construct the ruling legitimacy and obtain the ruling legitimacy resources, because of resolving the differences of thought and understanding. To carry out the policy of grain purchase and marketing, to eliminate the residual influence of capitalist culture, to give play to the leading role of public opinion in the implementation of the general line, and to explore the origin of the social spread of the general route during the transitional period, It is helpful to deepen the understanding of the general route of the transition period and has certain historical value and practical significance.
