【摘要】：十八大以来,党的建设工作在各个领域中的地位逐渐提升,在国有企业中表现的尤为明显。党建工作的有效开展有着巨大意义,它对于中国共产党的建设和国有企业的改革与发展影响深远,对于中国的现代化和“中国梦”的实现是一股强大的助推力,促进了社会的发展。本课题以十八大以来国企党建工作的创新研究为课题研究的主要内容和切入点,以国有企业党建工作的必要性,十八大以来国有企业党建工作取得的成就、存在的问题与原因分析和坚持习近平党建思想,加强国有企业党建工作的对策为研究线索。并从研究平台、研究方法、研究内容和研究数据上进行创新。本文深入的剖析了十八大以后国企党建工作的现状,并引用了大量的文献和研究数据,给论文的书写提供了理论支撑。对于十八大以来国有企业党建工作的必要性做了细致研究。首先是对党建工作做一个概念的界定,确定文章的主题。其次从党的建设和国有企业的发展两个角度论述了国企党建工作的必要性,突出党建工作在国有企业的重要地位。另外,对于国有企业党建工作取得的成就、存在的问题与原因进行重点分析。首先从党的建设、经济的发展、文化的繁荣、制度的完善和党员的自我管理的角度分析了国企党建工作的成就。其次从工作之间的矛盾、利益分配的冲突、经营管理的困惑、文化之间的摩擦阐述了其中的问题。最后党员的思想、党组织的决策和党员管理方式的角度研究了问题产生的原因。对于加强国企党建工作也给出了合理化建议,从国企思想理论建设、干部队伍建设、党组织建设、党建文化建设四个方面给出建议,以完善新的时期国有企业的党建工作,使其更好地促进经济建设和社会发展。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the position of the Party building has gradually risen in various fields, especially in the state-owned enterprises. The effective development of the party building work is of great significance. It has a profound impact on the construction of the Communist Party of China and the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and is a powerful boost to the modernization of China and the realization of "Chinese Dream." It has promoted the development of society. The main content and breakthrough point of the research on the innovation of the party building work in state-owned enterprises since the 18 National Congress, the necessity of the party building work in the state-owned enterprises, the achievements of the party building work of the state-owned enterprises since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Analysis of the existing problems and causes and adherence to Xi Jinping's Party Building thought, the countermeasures to strengthen the Party building work in state-owned enterprises are the research clue, and from the research platform, the research methods, This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the Party building work in state-owned enterprises after the 18 National Congress, and quotes a large number of documents and research data. It provides theoretical support for the writing of the thesis. It makes a careful study on the necessity of the Party building work in state-owned enterprises since the 18 National Congress. First of all, it defines the concept of the party building work. Secondly, it discusses the necessity of the party building work in state-owned enterprises from the two angles of party building and the development of state-owned enterprises, and highlights the important position of party building work in state-owned enterprises. In addition, the achievements of party building work in state-owned enterprises are also discussed. First of all, it analyzes the achievements of the Party building work in state-owned enterprises from the perspectives of party building, economic development, cultural prosperity, system perfection and party members' self-management. The conflicts of interest distribution, the confusion of management and the friction between cultures explain the problems among them. Finally, the thoughts of the Party members, From the angle of the decision making of the Party organization and the management mode of the Party members, the paper studies the causes of the problems, and gives some reasonable suggestions for strengthening the party building in the state-owned enterprises, from the aspects of the ideological and theoretical construction of the state-owned enterprises, the construction of the contingent of cadres, and the construction of the party organizations. In order to perfect the Party building work of state-owned enterprises in the new period and make it better to promote economic construction and social development, suggestions are given in four aspects of party building culture construction.
