现代化发展与适应性变革:1978年以来共青团改革创新的轨迹与逻辑

【摘要】：1978年以来中国共青团进行的改革创新是适应国家与政党现代化发展而进行的变革。在适应性变革的历史进程中,共青团在工作环境、工作对象、指导思想、组织形态、工作职能、工作内容、工作方式等7个维度上不断面临和寻求着转变。从其改革创新的历史轨迹中可发现,共青团适应现代化发展的基本逻辑具体表现在四重关键维度上,即关系的适应性演进、理念的适应性更新、制度的适应性变革、技术的适应性运用。共青团在党的领导下进行的适应性变革在寻求更好地完成为党联系和凝聚青年的政治使命之外,实际上还承载着提供先行先试经验和抓住机遇转型升级的两项重要任务。
[Abstract]:Since 1978, the reform and innovation carried out by the Communist Youth League of China has been a change adapted to the modernization of the country and political parties. In the historical process of adaptive change, the Communist Youth League has been working in its working environment, working object, guiding ideology and organizational form. From the historical track of its reform and innovation, it can be found that the basic logic of the Communist Youth League adapting to the modernization development is embodied in four key dimensions. That is, the adaptive evolution of the relationship, the adaptive renewal of the concept, the adaptive transformation of the system, The adaptive application of technology. The adaptive changes carried out by the Communist Youth League under the leadership of the Party seek to better accomplish the political mission of connecting the party and rallying the youth. In fact, it also carries the two important tasks of providing first-trial experience and seizing the opportunity to transform and upgrade.
