增强管党治党的系统性、协同性和有效性

【摘要】：十八大以来管党治党成效显著,但党的建设没有休止符、全面从严治党依然任重道远。要全面加强党的建设、继续推进全面从严治党,必须坚持问题导向、保持战略定力,深刻认识与把握党的建设的整体性,不断增强管党治党的系统性、协同性和有效性。这就要求我们,既要正确认识党的领导、党的建设、党的伟大事业之关系,树立整体的"大党建观",增强管党治党的系统性;也要全面深刻认识党的建设丰富内涵与内在层次,增强党的建设各项工作协同性,形成管党治党的强大合力;还要系统把握并着力解决党建中的突出问题,增强全面从严治党的有效性,重塑党的好形象。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China, there have been remarkable achievements in managing the party, but there is no rest in party building, and there is still a long way to go in comprehensively and strictly administering the party. In order to comprehensively strengthen party building and continue to promote comprehensive and strict administration of the party, we must adhere to the problem orientation and maintain strategic determination. To deeply understand and grasp the integrity of the party building, to continuously enhance the systematization, coordination and effectiveness of managing the party and to run the party requires us to correctly understand the relationship between the leadership of the party, the building of the party, and the great cause of the party. It is necessary to set up the whole "great party building concept" and strengthen the systematicness of governing the party and ruling the party, and also fully and profoundly understand the rich connotation and internal level of the party building, strengthen the synergy of the various work of the party building, and form the strong joint force of managing the party and administering the party. We should also systematically grasp and solve the outstanding problems in party building, enhance the effectiveness of comprehensive and strict administration of the party, and reshape the good image of the party.
