【摘要】：党报党刊是党和人民的喉舌,是我们党思想宣传战线上的重要阵地,是加强社会主义先进文化建设的重要平台,是党和政府联系人民群众的桥梁和纽带,是我们党治国理政的重要资源和重要手段。在实现伟大中国梦的关键时期,我们比任何时候都更加迫切需要一个良好的舆论氛围来凝聚民族力量,促进改革发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴。正因如此,宣传思想工作显得极端重要,党报党刊所担负的使命将会更加艰巨,不仅关乎着我们党和国家的前途命运,更关乎着中国特色社会主义能否成功,人民生活能否幸福安康,其作用和地位都是无可替代的。新形势下,党报党刊所处的政治、经济、文化环境都发生了重大变化,给党报党刊带来了新的挑战,一是当前多种思想交汇环境下,党报党刊如何把握舆论引导,掌握话语权;二是新形势下受众发生了巨大变化;三是宣传渠道多元化导致了政府的“弱控制”;四是党报的政治传播与市场营销的失衡。同时,也带来了新的机遇,一是科技进步提高了党报党刊的宣传效应及覆盖面;二是社交媒体成为党报党刊舆论引导的新场地;三是新兴科技将提高党报党刊的经济效益。本文从对党报党刊的定位与功能分析出发,研究党报党刊在新形势下的机遇与挑战,尝试分析党报党刊在新形势下应如何坚守与变革。
[Abstract]:Party newspapers and periodicals are the mouthpiece of the party and the people, an important front on our party's ideological and propaganda front, an important platform for strengthening the construction of advanced socialist culture, and a bridge and link between the party and the government to link up with the masses of the people. It is an important resource and an important means for our party to run the country and manage its government. In the crucial period of realizing the great Chinese Dream, we need more than ever a good atmosphere of public opinion to rally the national strength and promote reform and development. Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Precisely because of this, propaganda and ideological work is extremely important, and the mission of the party newspaper will be even more arduous, which is not only related to the future and destiny of our party and our country. It is also related to the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the well-being and well-being of the people. Its role and status are irreplaceable. Under the new situation, the political, economic and cultural environment in which the party newspapers are published has undergone major changes. It has brought new challenges to the Party newspaper, one is how to grasp the guidance of public opinion and the right to speak, the other is that the audience has changed greatly in the new situation, and in the current environment of multi-ideological convergence, the Party newspaper magazine has grasped the guidance of public opinion and grasped the right to speak. This paper, proceeding from the analysis of the position and function of the party newspaper, studies the opportunities and challenges of the party newspaper and the party journal under the new situation. This paper tries to analyze how to stick to and reform the Party newspaper in the new situation.
