武汉国民政府的工人政策研究

【摘要】：武汉国民政府是广州国民政府将革命势力推进长江中下游后的延续。和广州国民政府一样,武汉国民政府也是秉承着孙中山先生的联俄、联共、扶助农工三大政策。但是由于诸多因素的影响,武汉国民政府的工人政策在不同时期有着不同的特点。对于武汉国民政府工人政策的研究,对于国民革命、国共合作、统一战线甚至国民党内部斗争的研究都具有重大意义。文章首先对武汉国民政府工人政策进行阶段性划分。对于武汉国民政府工人政策的阶段分期可以分成四个阶段:1、1926年7月——1926年12月底,这是国民政府工人政策过渡时期;2、1927年1月——1927年3月20日二届三中全会,这是武汉国民政府全面支持工人运动时期;3、1927年4月——1927年5月底马日事变前,这是武功国民政府对工人政策的动摇时期;4、1927年马日事变之后——1927年9月宁汉合流,这是武汉国民政府工人政策全面转折时期。在对武汉国民政府工人政策进行阶段性划分后着手分析其产生原因和影响。武汉国民政府工人政策之所以会出现各种阶段性特征,主要有以下原因:革命形势的变化、权力的争夺、工人运动中过火行为、武汉国民政府的财政危机以及中国共产党的力量不断发展壮大。武汉国民政府的不同时期政策带来了不同的影响。正面影响主要包括一定程度上改善了工人生存状况和促进了工人运动蓬勃发展和工人武装的不断壮大、也为武汉政权的巩固提供了工人阶级的支持。负面影响则有加速了蒋介石与西方列强的勾结、最终导致了革命的失败。最后透过武汉国民政府的工人政策的转变分析总结中国共产党在统一战线和国共关系中的经验教训,主要包括坚持革命的领导权和工人武装力量以及处理国共关系时坚持原则性和策略性。
[Abstract]:The Wuhan National Government is a continuation of the Guangzhou National Government's push of revolutionary forces into the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Like the Guangzhou National Government, the Wuhan National Government is also following Mr. Sun Zhongshan's alliance with Russia and joining forces with the Communist Party. But due to the influence of many factors, the worker policy of the Wuhan National Government has different characteristics in different periods. For the study of the worker policy of the Wuhan National Government, for the national revolution, the Kuomintang and the Communist Party cooperate. The study of the United front and even the internal struggle of the Kuomintang is of great significance. Firstly, the article divides the worker policy of Wuhan National Government into four stages. Stage 1, July 1926-end of December 1926, This is the transitional period of the workers policy of the National Government, the third Plenary session of the second Central Committee of the National Government from January 1927 to March 20th 1927. This is the period during which the Wuhan National Government fully supported the workers' movement. This is the period during which the Wukong National Government wavered in its policy on workers. After the Marsh-Day incident in 1927, on September 1927, Ningghan merged into the Han Dynasty. This is the turning point period of Wuhan National Government's worker policy. After the stage division of Wuhan National Government's worker policy, the author analyzes its causes and influences. The main reasons are as follows: the changes in the revolutionary situation, the struggle for power, the excesses in the workers' movement, The financial crisis of Wuhan national government and the growing strength of the Communist Party of China. The policies of Wuhan National Government in different periods have brought different influences. The positive effects mainly include improving the survival of workers to a certain extent. The situation and contribution to the vigorous development of the workers' movement and the growing armed forces of workers, It also provided the support of the working class for the consolidation of the Wuhan regime. The negative effects, on the other hand, accelerated the collusion between Jiang Jieshi and the Western powers. Finally, through the transformation of the worker policy of the Wuhan National Government, the experience and lessons of the Communist Party of China in the United front and the relationship between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China were summarized. This includes upholding revolutionary leadership and the armed forces of workers, as well as upholding principles and strategies in handling relations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party.
