【摘要】：延安时期是党的群众路线从形成到发展再到广泛运用的历史时期,也是中国革命从早期曲折发展直至赢得全国胜利的重要时期。立足于历史视角,以延安时期党的群众路线的丰富与发展作为研究对象,通过对群众路线的含义、内容、实践、理论特质等多方面的系统探究,旨在为中国共产党巩固执政地位、提高执政能力,解决新时期党群、干群关系障碍和难题提供重要有益借鉴。本文首先概述了群众路线的含义,论述了群众路线形成的理论依据和现实依据。简要梳理了群众路线的形成过程,在此基础上,全面梳理延安时期党的群众路线在政治、经济、文化、军事、党风建设方面的具体践行,力求重现延安时期党的群众路线指导革命实践和建设的具体过程,得出“只有坚持群众路线,党的事业才能发展、成功,反之则会遭遇失败”的历史结论。在较为全面、系统地研究延安时期党的群众路线理论与实践的基础上,从马克思主义哲学的高度和党的工作路线和方法的角度,对这一时期党的群众路线的理论特质做了新的阐述。这也是本文的创新尝试。同时,结合新时期群众工作特点,从延安时期党的群众路线的历史价值和当代启示两个方面,深刻认识延安时期党的群众路线的重要意义,把握党的群众路线的规律性。为促使新时期党的群众路线的不断创新和发展,更好地巩固党的执政地位,扩大党执政的群众基础,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供有力的理论参考。
[Abstract]:Yan'an period is the historical period of the mass line of the Party from its formation to development to its extensive application, and is also an important period for the Chinese revolution to develop from the early twists and turns to win the national victory. Taking the enrichment and development of the mass line of the Party in Yan'an period as the object of study, through the systematic exploration of the meaning, content, practice and theoretical characteristics of the mass line, the purpose of this paper is to consolidate the ruling position and improve the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. To solve the problems and obstacles in the relations between the cadres and the masses in the new period, this paper provides an important and useful reference. Firstly, this paper summarizes the meaning of the mass line, discusses the theoretical and practical basis for the formation of the mass line, and briefly combs the forming process of the mass line. On this basis, the Party's mass line in the Yan'an period in the political, economic, cultural, military, party style construction in the specific practice, and strive to reproduce the Yan'an period of the mass line to guide the revolutionary practice and construction of the specific process, The historical conclusion that "only by adhering to the mass line can the cause of the Party develop and succeed, otherwise it will encounter failure". On the basis of a more comprehensive and systematic study of the theory and practice of the mass line of the Party during the Yan'an period, From the perspective of Marxist philosophy and the Party's working route and methods, this paper makes a new exposition on the theoretical characteristics of the Party's mass line in this period. This is also the innovative attempt of this paper. At the same time, combining with the characteristics of mass work in the new period, From two aspects of the historical value and contemporary enlightenment of the mass line of the Party in Yan'an, the significance of the mass line of the Party in the period of Yan'an is deeply understood. Grasping the regularity of the mass line of the party. In order to promote the continuous innovation and development of the mass line of the party in the new period, to better consolidate the ruling position of the party, and to expand the mass base of the party in power, To achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream provides a strong theoretical reference.
