全面从严治党背景下农村党员思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：全面从严治党战略是针对全体党员的战略,党员思想政治教育是实现全面从严治党的利器。在全面从严治党背景下,农村党员思想政治教育是从严教育、治理农村党员的基础。研究全面从严治党背景下的农村党员思想政治教育,对于解决农村党员思想政治教育存在的问题,提升农村党员的思想政治素养,推动全面从严治党的顺利实现具有重要意义。本文首先深入探讨了农村党员思想政治教育对全面从严治党的重要性:一是党员思想政治教育是全面从严治党的前提与基础,这具体表现在:一方面,思想上从严治党是全面从严治党的首要前提;另一方面,党员思想政治教育是思想上从严治党的基础条件。二是加强农村党员思想政治教育是全面从严治党的必然要求,这具体表现为:一方面,农村党员数量庞大,是整个党组织的重要组成部分;另一方面,农村党员的思想政治素质有待提高。其次,根据全面从严治党对党员的要求,详细分析了新形势对农村党员思想政治教育各方面提出的要求:在主体方面,提出重视农村党组织的主体责任,要求党员进行自我教育;在教育内容方面,提出加强党性修养,突出党规党纪以及法治教育;在教育方法方面,提出党员勤学善思,不断创新的新要求。再次,全面阐述了当前农村党员思想政治教育存在的问题。指出了在教育力度方面,教育主体投入不足;在教育广度方面,教育客体和内容覆盖面狭窄;在教育长度方面,教育没有做到常态化;在教育效度方面,教育实效性不足的问题。最后,针对全面从严治党的新要求和农村党员思想政治教育存在的问题,提出了教育主体要上下联动,多方合作;扩大教育覆盖面,实现教育无禁区;常抓不懈,实现教育常态化;准抓实干,提高教育实效性等方面的具体对策。
[Abstract]:The strategy of managing the Party in an all-round and strict manner is a strategy aimed at all party members, and the ideological and political education of party members is a sharp weapon to realize a comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Under the background of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, the ideological and political education of rural Party members is strictly educated. The foundation of managing rural party members and studying the ideological and political education of rural party members under the background of comprehensive and strict administration of the party will solve the problems existing in the ideological and political education of rural party members and promote the ideological and political literacy of rural party members. It is of great significance to promote the smooth realization of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Firstly, this paper deeply discusses the importance of the ideological and political education of rural Party members to the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party: first, the ideological and political education of the Party members is the premise and foundation of the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. This is manifested in the following aspects: on the one hand, strict ideological administration of the Party is the first prerequisite for a comprehensive and strict administration of the Party; on the other hand, The ideological and political education of Party members is the basic condition for strict administration of the Party ideologically. Second, strengthening ideological and political education for rural party members is an inevitable requirement for comprehensive and strict party management. This is manifested in the following aspects: on the one hand, the number of rural party members is huge. It is an important part of the whole party organization; on the other hand, the ideological and political quality of rural party members needs to be improved. This paper analyzes in detail the demands put forward by the new situation to all aspects of ideological and political education of rural party members: in the main body, it puts forward to attach importance to the principal responsibility of the rural party organizations and requires Party members to carry out self-education, and in the content of education, it proposes to strengthen the cultivation of the party spirit. Stressing party discipline and rule of law education, putting forward new requirements for Party members to study and think hard and constantly innovating in terms of educational methods. Thirdly, comprehensively expounding the problems existing in the ideological and political education of rural party members at present, and pointing out the strength of education. The education subject investment is insufficient; the educational object and content coverage is narrow in the education breadth aspect; in the education length aspect, the education does not achieve the norm; in the education validity aspect, the education effectiveness is insufficient. Finally, In view of the new requirements of strict administration of the Party and the problems existing in the ideological and political education of rural party members, this paper puts forward that the main body of education should be linked up and down and cooperate in various ways; The concrete countermeasures in such aspects as grasping practical work and improving the effectiveness of education.
