【摘要】：全面从严治党,关键是从严管理干部。坚持从严管理干部,要以严的标准要求干部、严的措施管理干部、严的纪律约束干部,尤其要抓住"少数关键",把对"一把手"的监督管理作为重中之重。为使从严管理干部的要求落到实处、干部管理的各项制度规定落到实处,还应加强从严管理干部的责任追究。从严管理干部要贯彻"三严三实"要求,通过教育和建章立制等方式,努力戒除当前一些干部中存在的"为官不易"思想和"为官不为"问题。
[Abstract]:The key to managing the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner is to strictly manage cadres. To adhere to strict management of cadres, cadres should be required to exercise strict standards, strict measures should be taken to manage cadres, and strict discipline should be imposed on cadres. In particular, we must grasp the "few key points" and give top priority to the supervision and management of the "top leaders." in order to fulfill the requirements of strict management of cadres, the provisions of various systems for cadre management should be put into practice. We should also strengthen the accountability of cadres under strict management. Strict management cadres should carry out the requirements of "three strict and three realities," by means of education and the establishment of regulations, etc. We should try to put an end to the problem of "not being an official" and "not being an official" among some cadres at present.
