近年来党章研究的回顾与展望

【摘要】：近年来学术界对党章进行了深入研究,发表了系列研究成果,主要涉及党章的地位和价值、党章的历史发展、党章总纲、党章正文(党员权利、党员义务、党员退出机制、民主集中制、党的干部、党的纪律、纪委双重领导体制等)及党章修改、党章贯彻执行等内容。但是对党章的研究还应进一步深化,总结出党章发展的规律,需要进一步研究如何强化党章意识,培育党章文化,使党章得以有效贯彻执行;需要加强党章与国家法律的相关衔接研究,使二者相互配合;需要扩展党章研究的多学科视野,加强政治学、法学等学科视角的研究;需要加强党章的国际比较研究,借鉴其他国家政党党章建设的经验。
[Abstract]:In recent years, academic circles have carried out in-depth research on the party constitution and published a series of research results, mainly concerning the position and value of the party constitution, the historical development of the party constitution, the general program of the party constitution, the text of the party constitution (the rights of party members, the obligations of party members, the withdrawal mechanism of party members), Democratic centralism, Party cadres, Party discipline, the dual leadership system of the discipline Inspection Commission, etc.) and the amendment of the Party Constitution, the implementation of the Party Constitution, etc. However, the study of the Party Constitution should be further deepened and the laws governing the development of the Party Constitution should be summed up. It is necessary to further study how to strengthen party constitution consciousness, cultivate party constitution culture, and make the party constitution be effectively implemented; it is necessary to strengthen the research on the connection between the party constitution and the laws of the state, so that the two can cooperate with each other; and to expand the multidisciplinary perspective of party constitution research. It is necessary to strengthen the international comparative study of the Party Constitution and learn from the experiences of other countries in the construction of the Party Constitution.
