中国共产党领导核心制度溯源及内涵意义

【摘要】：党的十八届六中全会确立了习近平在党中央的领导核心地位,提出"领导核心至关重要"的论断,从而完善了中国共产党领导核心制度。这一制度可溯源至列宁无产阶级政党组织原则。中国共产党领导核心制度的深刻内涵包括:中国共产党是革命、建设、改革事业的领导核心;中央领导集体是中国共产党的领导核心;领袖个人是中央领导集体的核心。中国共产党领导核心制度是对马克思主义政党建设理论的丰富和发展,是中国共产党治国理政的政治诉求和实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的现实需要,对加强中央集体领导,进一步推进中国现代化建设有着重大理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee established Xi Jinping's position as the core of the leadership of the Party Central Committee, and put forward the conclusion that "the core of leadership is of paramount importance." This system can be traced back to Lenin's principle of the organization of proletarian political parties. The profound connotation of the core system of leadership of the CPC includes: the CPC is a revolution and construction, The core of leadership in the cause of reform; the central leading collective is the core of leadership of the Communist Party of China; the individual leader is the core of the collective leadership of the central government; the core system of leadership of the Communist Party of China enriches and develops the theory of building Marxist political parties. It is the political appeal of the Communist Party of China and the realistic need of realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream of the Chinese nation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the collective leadership of the central government and further promote the modernization of China.
