守纪律与讲规矩:习近平对列宁党建思想的发展

【摘要】：列宁创造性地探索了工人阶级执政党建设问题,主张用民主集中制原则和铁的纪律建设党。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对列宁的党建思想进行了继承和发展。其中,守纪律与讲规矩是加强党的建设和永葆先进性纯洁性的重要保证,创新了列宁党建策略思想。守纪律与讲规矩主张,首要的是严明政治纪律,维护党的团结统一,丰富了列宁党建目标思想;其次是创新党内法规制度,把各项纪律和规矩立起来,拓展了列宁党建依据思想;第三是抓住领导干部这个“关键少数”,发展了列宁党建重心思想;第四是落实管党治党责任,强化执纪问责监督,完善了列宁党建路径思想。
[Abstract]:Lenin creatively explored the construction of the ruling party of the working class and advocated building the party with democratic centralism and iron discipline. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has inherited and developed Lenin's thought on party building. Observing discipline and observing rules is an important guarantee for strengthening party building and maintaining the purity of the advanced nature, and innovates Lenin's strategic thinking on party building. The most important thing to uphold discipline and discipline is to strictly enforce political discipline and safeguard the unity and unity of the party. It enriches Lenin's thought of party construction goal, secondly, innovates the system of laws and regulations within the Party, sets up all kinds of discipline and rules, and expands Lenin's thought of basis for party building; third, it grasps the "key minority" of leading cadres and develops Lenin's thought of the center of gravity of party building. The fourth is to implement the party management responsibility, strengthen discipline accountability and supervision, and improve Lenin's party building path.
