党内政治生活质量提升的六大机制

【摘要】：提升党内政治生活质量需要建立六大综合机制予以保障。即构建以"两学一做"为载体,以"四个合格"为目标的学习教育长效机制坚定理想信念;设计针对性强、高度可操作性的负面言行提醒机制维护党的形象;完善以党员民主权利为基础,以党的代表大会制度和委员会制度为重点,以党的体制机制创新为保障的民主集中制执行机制发扬党内民主;落实以"三化要求"为标准,以"五字方针"为措施的组织生活规范机制提高组织生活质量;创新"看得出、站得出、豁得出"的党员作用发挥机制激发党员生机活力;用活从增强"四性目标"入手,以落实"四主责任"为要的责任监督考评机制提升党建工作水平。
[Abstract]:To improve the quality of political life within the party needs to establish six comprehensive mechanism.
