【摘要】：陈云同志在新中国成立和改革开放初期,积累了大量治国理政的宝贵经验。他认为,治国理政要先弄清国情,讲实事求是,否则什么事情也搞不好。我们党治国理政,是为绝大多数人民谋福利,不要为了搞建设而搞建设,不要忘记我们搞经济建设的最终目的,是为了改善人民的生活。搞建设要正确处理基本建设与人民生活的相互关系,要按经济规律办事,做到综合平衡、按比例发展。处理重大关系和问题要坚持"全面抓、抓全面"的工作方法和马克思主义的指导思想。陈云治国理政经验中的许多基本理念、主要思想、重大原则,在今天仍然有着重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Comrade Chen Yun accumulated a great deal of experience in running a country and managing politics during the founding of New China and the beginning of reform and opening up.He believed that, first of all, the state of the country should be clarified, and facts should be sought from facts, otherwise nothing could be done.In ruling the country and managing government, our party is seeking the welfare of the overwhelming majority of the people. We should not build for the sake of construction. We should not forget that our ultimate goal in economic construction is to improve the people's living standards.We must correctly handle the relationship between capital construction and the people's life, handle affairs in accordance with economic laws, achieve comprehensive balance, and develop proportionately.To deal with major relations and problems, we should adhere to the working method of "grasping comprehensively and grasping comprehensively" and the guiding ideology of Marxism.Many basic ideas, main ideas and important principles in Chen Yun's experience of governing and managing politics still have important practical significance today.
