【摘要】：针对新时期社会发展变化与农村资源禀赋差异等因素,金东区以区域化党建创新带动基层社会治理,提升基层治理水平与治理实效,回应了全面深化改革时代推进国家治理现代化的总体要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the factors such as the social development change and the difference of rural resource endowment in the new period, Jindong District promotes grass-roots social governance with the innovation of regionalized Party building, and promotes the level of grass-roots governance and the effectiveness of governance.In response to the overall requirements of comprehensively deepening the reform era to promote the modernization of national governance.
