【摘要】：坚持党对一切工作的领导,坚持全面依法治国,坚持全面从严治党,是习近平总书记在十九大报告中阐述的新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义基本方略的重要内容。中国共产党作为执政党,面临党的建设和国家治理双重任务。党的建设是执政的前提和基础,国家治理是执政的内容和表现。党的建设和国家治理的必由之路、理想境界是法治。建设中国特色社会主义法治国家,关键在党。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持党的领导和依法治国高度统一,坚持用法治思维、法治方式从严治党,实现了一系列理论和实践的重大创新,为依法治国提供了范本,推动治党治国在法治轨道上快速前行,取得历史性的重大成就。
[Abstract]:Adhering to the Party's leadership in all work, ruling the country according to law in an all-round way, and administering the party in an all-round and strict manner are the important contents of the basic strategy for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as elaborated by General Secretary 19th CPC National Congress in his report.The Communist Party of China, as the ruling party, faces the dual task of party building and state governance.Party building is the premise and foundation of governance, and national governance is the content and performance of governance.The only way for party building and national governance is to rule by law.The key to building a socialist country ruled by law with Chinese characteristics lies in the Party.Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has adhered to a high degree of unity between the leadership of the party and administering the country according to law, insisted on using the rule of law thinking and strictly governing the party by law, and has realized a series of major innovations in theory and practice.It provides a model for governing the country according to law, promotes the Party to run the country under the rule of law, and makes great achievements in history.
