“狮子型”干部的特征及培育途径

【摘要】:正当前,我们的改革已进入深水区,创新已创到关键位,攻坚已攻到制高点。统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面",迫切需要一支有思想、讲原则、敢担当、能作为,并且政治上坚定、组织上严明、作风上过硬、敢打敢拼的"狮子型"干部队伍。实践充分证明,党的路线、方针、政策确定之后,在落实上干部就是决定因素。面对新常态,我们既要有勤勤恳恳、任劳任怨、韧劲十足的"老黄牛"干部,更要有雷厉风行、砥砺奋进的"狮子型"
[Abstract]:Right now, our reform has entered the deep water area, innovation has reached the key position, and the key has been attacked to the commanding height.To carry out the overall layout of the "five in one" as a whole and to coordinate and advance the "four comprehensive", there is an urgent need for a group with ideas, principles, courage to act, and political firmness, rigour in organization, and excellent style of work.The "lion type" cadre team that dares to fight and dare to fight.Practice has fully proved that the Party's line, principles, policies are determined in the implementation of cadres is the decisive factor.In the face of the new normal, we should not only have hard-working, hard-working and resilient cadres of the "Old Yellow cattle", but also have the vigorous and vigorous "lion type".
