【摘要】：正当前,我们的改革已进入深水区,创新已创到关键位,攻坚已攻到制高点。统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面",迫切需要一支有思想、讲原则、敢担当、能作为,并且政治上坚定、组织上严明、作风上过硬、敢打敢拼的"狮子型"干部队伍。实践充分证明,党的路线、方针、政策确定之后,在落实上干部就是决定因素。面对新常态,我们既要有勤勤恳恳、任劳任怨、韧劲十足的"老黄牛"干部,更要有雷厉风行、砥砺奋进的"狮子型"
