略论基层服务型党建模式转型意义及内涵

【摘要】：我国基层党组织的角色正在向服务型党建模式转变,在转型过程中出现的一系列问题成为国内热议的话题。文章详细阐述了在基层党组织的角色转换境遇下,向服务型党建模式转型的必要性并对转型中出现的问题,提出了应对对策,以便确保服务型党建模式能够顺利转型。研究发现,在基层党组织的角色转换境遇下,向服务型党建模式转型是符合时代发展需求、具有重大意义的举措。
[Abstract]:The role of grass-roots party organizations in China is changing to the mode of service-oriented party building, and a series of problems in the process of transformation have become a hot topic in China.This paper expounds in detail the necessity of the transformation to the service-oriented party building model under the circumstances of the role transformation of the grass-roots party organizations, and puts forward countermeasures to ensure the smooth transformation of the service-oriented party building mode.It is found that under the circumstances of the transformation of the role of the grass-roots party organizations, the transformation to the service-oriented party building model is in line with the needs of the times and has great significance.
