【摘要】：正中国共产党创造和领导的人民军队走过90年奋斗历程,犹如一部波澜壮阔的史诗。1929年12月召开的古田会议,是我们党和军队建设史上的里程碑,会议通过的《中国共产党红军第四军第九次代表大会决议案》(即古田会议决议),是建党建军的经典文献。解放军档案馆保存有我军在不同时期开展学习或召开会议时翻印的古田会议决议,其中有份印有"中央人民政府人民革命军事委员会总政治部印"字样的红色硬皮本,硬皮封面上印有黑色大字"中国共产党红军第四军第九次
[Abstract]:The people's Army, created and led by the Communist Party of China, has gone through 90 years of struggle, like a magnificent epic. The Gutian Conference, held in December 1929, was a milestone in the history of our party and army building.The "Resolution of the Ninth Congress of the fourth Army of the Red Army of the Communist Party of China" (resolution of the Gutian Conference), adopted at the meeting, is a classic document for the establishment of the party and army.The archives of the people's Liberation Army have the resolutions of the Gutian Conference, which were printed by our army at different times when studying or when holding meetings, including a hard red copy printed with the words "the General political Department of the people's Revolutionary military Commission of the Central people's Government".Hard leather cover with big black characters "the fourth Army of the Red Army of the Communist Party of China"
