忧党:习近平党建思想的重要切入点

【摘要】：忧患意识是中华民族传统文化的优秀基因,也是中国共产党忧党思想的精神基础。习近平继承了传统文化中的忧患意识和忧党传统,运用独特的理论方法、思维品质和实践路径拓展了忧党的内涵。作为一种人文精神,忧党强调发挥党员主体的能动作用;作为一种思维方法,忧党包含居安思危、转忧为优的辩证逻辑;作为一种价值取向,忧党是对党的组织和党员行为的定位和定向。习近平之所以忧党,是国际国内环境复杂变化和党面临的现实挑战使然。何以解忧,唯有全面从严治党。党的十八大以来,习近平遵循马克思主义政党治理规律,对党的主体要素、党的组织系统、党的执行力、党的组织文化、政治生态环境等方面,进行全面、系统、从严的治理,不仅探索出新形势下管党治党的新路,而且丰富和拓展了马克思主义党建理论宝库。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of suffering is the excellent gene of Chinese traditional culture and the spiritual foundation of the CPC's thought of worrying about the Party.Xi Jinping inherited the sense of suffering and the tradition of worrying about the Party in the traditional culture, and expanded the connotation of worrying the Party by using the unique theoretical method, thinking quality and practical path.As a humanistic spirit, the worried Party emphasizes giving full play to the active role of the main body of party members; as a way of thinking, worrying about the Party contains dialectical logic of raising vigilance and turning worry into superiority; as a value orientation,Worrying about the Party is the orientation and orientation of the Party's organization and party members' behavior.Xi Jinping is worried about the Party, is the complex changes in the international and domestic environment and the Party's realistic challenges.The only way to solve this problem is to administer the Party strictly.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has followed the laws of Marxist party governance, and has comprehensively, systematically, and strictly governed the main elements of the party, the party's organizational system, the party's executive power, the party's organizational culture, and the political ecological environment, etc.It not only explores a new way to manage the party under the new situation, but also enriches and expands the treasure house of Marxist party building theory.
