【摘要】：政治整合是执政党执政能力的重要体现,政治系统的稳定有效运行依靠执政党政治整合功能的发挥。政治整合帮助中国共产党克服了执政初期国内的“统合危机”,建立起统一的社会主义国家,但在革命党思维的支配下,由于政治整合策略选择的失误,导致了党和国家建设遭受打击。改革开放之后,中国共产党主动调试改变政治整合的方式、内容,使政治整合更加契合国家社会发展。本文分解出政治整合中制度整合、利益整合、组织整合和意识形态整合四种整合方式,并以此为基础对执政下中国共产党的政治整合进行分析。本文包括五个部分,第一章对关于执政党政治整合国内外研究的文献进行了梳理和总结;第二章是关于马克思主义执政党政治整合一般理论的介绍,界定了政治整合的概念和政治整合对于马克思主义执政党治国理政和执政合法性的重要意义;第三章分析改革开放前后的中国共产党执政下的政治整合历程。改革开放之前,“革命党思维”下的政治整合对于党和国家建设都造成了伤害,改革开放之后,由于国家建设环境的变化,为了适用于党和国家建设的需要,中国共产党开始主动探索政治整合策略方式的改进;第四章分析了当前环境下中国共产党政治整合的优势条件和面临的挑战,有效的政治制度、经济发展的成果等都是政治整合的优势资源,而社会结构和利益格局的调整、执政党组织资源的流失和境外西化和分化势力都是执政党政治整合面临的挑战和困难;第五章则是为进一步提升执政党政治整合功能提出建议,强调要主动发挥制度力量,实现政治参与的有序化;坚持共建共享的理念调整利益关系;创新党建模式实现党组织功能的优化;通过社会主义核心价值观凝聚社会共识,汇聚建设力量。
[Abstract]:Political integration is an important embodiment of the ruling party's ruling ability. The stable and effective operation of the political system depends on the exertion of the ruling party's political integration function. Political integration helped the Communist Party of China overcome the "integration crisis" in the early days of its rule, and set up a unified socialist country. However, under the control of the thinking of the revolutionary party, due to the mistakes in the choice of political integration strategy, Led to the party and state construction suffered a blow. After the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China took the initiative to debug and change the way and content of political integration, making political integration more in line with the country's social development. This paper analyzes the political integration of the Communist Party of China on the basis of the system integration, the interest integration, the organization integration and the ideological integration in the political integration. This paper includes five parts. The first chapter reviews and summarizes the literature on political integration of the ruling party at home and abroad, the second chapter introduces the general theory of political integration of the ruling party of Marxism. It defines the concept of political integration and the significance of political integration to the ruling party of Marxism. Chapter three analyzes the process of political integration before and after the reform and opening up of the Communist Party of China. Before the reform and opening up, the political integration under the "revolutionary party thinking" caused harm to both party and state construction. After reform and opening up, due to the changes in the national construction environment, in order to apply to the needs of party and state construction, The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and challenges of the political integration of the Communist Party of China under the current environment, an effective political system, the Communist Party of China began to actively explore the improvement of the strategy of political integration, the fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and challenges of the political integration of the Communist Party of China, The achievements of economic development are all the superior resources of political integration, while the adjustment of social structure and benefit pattern, the loss of organizational resources of the ruling party and the westernization and differentiation of the forces outside the country are the challenges and difficulties of the political integration of the ruling party. The fifth chapter is to further promote the political integration of the ruling party, emphasizing the need to take the initiative to give full play to the strength of the system to achieve the orderly political participation, adhere to the concept of co-construction and sharing to adjust the relationship of interests; Innovating the mode of party building can optimize the function of party organization, and gather the social consensus and the building strength through the socialist core values.
