【摘要】：正在全面从严治党新征程中,党性教育针对性和实效性不强的问题已经在一定程度上制约了党的干部教育事业的快速发展。如何加强和改进党员领导干部的党性教育,是全党面临的紧迫课题。笔者认为,党性教育针对性和实效性不强的深层原因之一,在于党性教育实践缺乏有效管用的理论支撑。近些年来,党性教育体验式模拟式教学、资源开发、师资培养、课程设置、特色基地建设等实践探索丰富多样,与此形成强烈反差的是党性教育理论研究相
[Abstract]:In the new journey of ruling the Party in an all-round and strict way, the problem of the lack of pertinence and actual effect of Party spirit education has restricted the rapid development of Party cadres' education to a certain extent. How to strengthen and improve the party spirit education of the leading cadres is an urgent task facing the whole party. The author believes that one of the deep reasons for the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of party spirit education lies in the lack of effective theoretical support for the practice of party spirit education. In recent years, the experience teaching of Party spirit education, resource development, teacher training, curriculum setting, construction of characteristic base and so on have been rich and diverse, which is in contrast to the theoretical research of party spirit education.
