高校毕业班学生党员教育管理制度创新研究

【摘要】：加强高校毕业班学生党员教育管理,是加强党员队伍建设的必然要求。当前,面对新形势新要求,高校毕业班学生党员教育管理工作还存在一些不足,需要从制度机制、实践体系等维度加强顶层设计。高校毕业班学生党员教育管理制度要坚持立德树人的根本导向、将全面从严治党贯穿始终、实现校社无缝衔接、系统设计与分类建构相结合等原则,从构建强化毕业班学生党员党性修养的教育管理制度、建立毕业班学生党员需求分析的教育管理制度、完善毕业班学生党员教育管理考评激励制度等方面切实加以推进。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable requirement to strengthen the construction of Party members' ranks to strengthen the education and management of the Party members of the graduating class in colleges and universities. At present, faced with the new situation and new requirements, there are still some deficiencies in the education management work of the graduating class members in colleges and universities, which need to strengthen the top-level design from the aspects of system mechanism, practice system and so on. The education and management system for college graduating class members should adhere to the fundamental guidance of establishing moral integrity and building people, run the party in an all-round and strict manner throughout, realize the seamless connection between the school and the society, and combine the system design with the classification construction, and so on. From the aspects of constructing the educational management system of strengthening the Party spirit accomplishment of the graduating class students, establishing the educational management system of the needs analysis of the party members of the graduating class students, and perfecting the education management evaluation and encouragement system of the graduating class students' party members, etc.
