从一大到七大中国共产党章程研究

【摘要】：《中国共产党章程》(以下简称《党章》)是一个政党为保证全党在政治、思想上的一致和组织、行动上的统一所制定的章程。党的一大到七大是党从幼稚到成熟壮大的发展史,是党章从雏形到比较成熟的发展过程,是党的道路从探索到正确确立的历程。本文以一大到七大党章为视角,从中国共产党代表大会对中国国情探索入手,对党章的文本进行综合分析,研究中国共产党党章的历史演进,分析党章主要内容的变化和发展。通过对党的指导思想、党员条件、组织制度、党的干部工作等主要内容的分析和综合,探索党的代表大会、党章发展的特点,认识到党章在这一时期发展的特殊性。从中得出对促进和加强现阶段党的建设的启示。对一大到七大中国共产党章程的研究,有利于对党在民主革命时期革命道路确立的必然性和客观性进行正确认识,反映党章发展规律;有利于坚持马克思主义理论和毛泽东思想为指导思想的正确认识,推动特色社会主义理论的及时丰富和创新;有助于树立党章意识,增强党性观念,让党章的要求化为党员干部的自觉行动。
[Abstract]:The Constitution of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Constitution of the Party") is a constitution formulated by a political party to ensure the unity of the whole party in politics, ideology, organization, and action. The first to seventh Congress of the Party is the history of the development of the Party from infancy to maturity, the process of the development of the Constitution of the Party from its embryonic form to its relatively mature development, and the course of the Party's road from exploration to correct establishment. From the angle of one to seven party constitutions, this paper analyzes the text of the party constitution, studies the historical evolution of the constitution of the Communist Party of China, and analyzes the changes and development of the main contents of the party constitution from the point of view of the Congress of the Communist Party of China to the exploration of China's national conditions. By analyzing and synthesizing the main contents of the Party's guiding ideology, the conditions of Party members, the organizational system and the work of cadres of the Party, this paper explores the characteristics of the Party's Congress and the development of the Party Constitution, and recognizes the particularity of the development of the Party Constitution in this period. Draw from the inspiration to promote and strengthen the party building at this stage. The study of the constitution of the Communist Party of China from the first to the seventh is conducive to the correct understanding of the inevitability and objectivity of the Party's revolutionary road during the period of the democratic revolution and reflects the law of the development of the Party Constitution. It is conducive to upholding the correct understanding of Marxist theory and Mao Zedong's thought, promoting the timely enrichment and innovation of the theory of characteristic socialism, and helping to establish a sense of party constitution and strengthen the concept of party spirit, Let the requirements of the Party Constitution be translated into the conscious actions of party members and cadres.
