中国“选贤任能”模式具有强大生命力

【摘要】:正在许多西方国家里,多党民主制度早已演变成一种"游戏民主",即把民主等同于竞选,把竞选等同于政治营销,把政治营销等同于拼金钱、拼资源、拼公关、拼谋略、拼形象、拼演艺表演;政客所做的承诺无需兑现,只要有助于打胜选战就行。这种没有"选贤任能"理念的"游戏民主"所产生的领导人能说会道者居多,能干者极少。中国选贤任能模式与此形成了鲜明对照。从制度传承来看,中国选贤任能的制度源于持续了
[Abstract]:In many Western countries, multiparty democracy has long evolved into a "game democracy," in which democracy is equated with election, election as political marketing, political marketing as money, resources, public relations, and strategy. Image, acting; politicians don't have to deliver on their promises, just help win the race. This kind of "game democracy" without the idea of "talent and talent" produces more talkative leaders and few capable people. China's model of selecting talent and ability is in sharp contrast to this.
