【摘要】：正中国共产党历来高度重视干部队伍建设,始终把建设高素质的干部队伍作为党的组织工作最重要的政治任务。党的十八大报告更是把"造就高素质党员,高素质执政骨干队伍"纳入五大建设之一的党的组织建设的重点任务,得到了全党的高度认同。一、面对新形势新任务,干部选拔任用工作要有新思路、新举措党的十八大之后,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央狠抓作风建设,制定并带头执行"八项规定",在党内开展以为民务实清廉为主题的党的群众路线教育实践
