浅谈习近平的作风建设思想

【摘要】：党的作风建设需要破解领导作用如何发挥、知行合一如何实现、两个主体如何尊重、"始治终乱"怪圈如何跳出、"破窗"效应如何防止等五大难题。带着这些问题,习近平总书记用战略思维把作风建设提升到政治高度,用重点思维使作风建设聚焦"四风",用辩证思维对作风建设进行矛盾分析,用底线思维为干部作风划定红线。为了贯彻习近平总书记的作风建设思想,必须补精神之"钙",铸作风建设之"魂";培育政治文化,浚作风建设之"源";创新干部选任工作,固作风建设之"根";构建监督体系,亮作风建设之"剑";提高制度建设科学化水平,强作风建设之"本"。
[Abstract]:The construction of the party's style of work needs to crack down on how to play the role of leadership, how to realize the realization of the unity of knowledge, how to respect the two subjects, how to jump out of the odd circle of "beginning and end chaos", and how to prevent the effect of "breaking the window". With these problems, the general secretary of Xi Jinping has promoted the construction of style to political height with strategic thinking and the construction of style with key thinking. We should focus on the "four winds", analyze the construction of style with dialectical thinking, and draw up the red line with the bottom line thinking for the style of cadres. In order to carry out the ideology of the style construction of general secretary Xi Jinping, we must make up for the spirit of "calcium", the "soul" of the construction style construction, the "source" of the cultivation of political culture and the construction of the style of dredging, and the "root" of the construction of the innovative cadres. We should build a supervisory system, clear the sword of style construction, improve the scientific level of system building, and strengthen the building of the style of work.
