【摘要】：正党要管党、从严治党首先要严明纪律,纪律不能成为"稻草人";领导干部违纪往往是从破坏规矩开始的,规矩不能立起来、严起来,很多问题就会慢慢产生出来;把严明政治纪律、组织纪律作为重要任务,严肃查处有令不行、有禁不止的行为;在查办违纪案件中重点审查违反政治纪律、组织纪律的问题,坚决维护党的团结统一。在十八届中央纪委第五次全会上,习近平总书记突出强调要加强纪律建设,把守纪律讲
