【摘要】：廉洁政治是新中国几代领导人孜孜以求的目标,也是社会关注的热点之一。为此,新一届党的领导集体站在更高的战略位置提出了“建设廉洁政治”的伟大目标,以实现“干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明”。中国特色社会主义廉政文化给廉洁政治建设提供了丰厚的文化底蕴,为中国新一届党的领导集体深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争提供了思想保障和文化支撑。本文通过追溯历史、考察现状,逐步深入探析新一届党的领导集体廉洁政治建设的渊源、背景、意义及面临的挑战,进而提出具体的实施措施。本论文共分为五章。第一章为绪论,简要介绍了选题的背景、意义,概述了国内外廉洁政治建设的理论,并对文章涉及的文化、廉政文化、廉洁政治、廉洁政治建设的相关概念进行了界定,同时指出了文章的研究思路和采用的研究方法。第二章为廉政文化的历史渊源,通过追溯历史,详细梳理了古代廉政文化、马克思主义廉政文化及中国特色社会主义的廉政文化的发展脉络,以证明从廉政文化的角度来研究新一届党的领导集体廉洁政治建设的可行性。第三章为新一届党的领导集体廉洁政治建设的提出背景和意义,本部分主要从历史和现实两方面分析了廉洁政治建设的提出背景,并指出了廉洁政治建设的提出意义。第四章为新一届党的领导集体廉洁政治建设面临的挑战,从思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设四个方面,分析了我国新一届党的领导集体廉洁政治建设面临的困境。第五章从新一届党的领导集体的反腐态度、决心、任务及目标,对如何推进廉洁政治建设提出了具体对策和建议。第六章为结语,是全文的总结。本文的创新之处在于,尝试性地通过廉政文化这一视角对中国新一届党的领导集体的廉洁政治建设进行研究,做一个比较系统和深入地探讨,尽量在研究视角和研究内容上有所突破与创新,以期给新一届党的领导集体的廉洁政治建设提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Clean politics is the goal of several generations of leaders in New China, and it is also one of the hot spots of social concern. Therefore, the new leading group of the Party has put forward the great goal of "building clean politics" from a higher strategic position, in order to realize "the cadre is clean, the government is clean and the political Pure Brightness". The culture of clean government with Chinese characteristics provides rich cultural information for the construction of clean politics and provides ideological guarantee and cultural support for the new leadership of the Party to carry out the construction of a clean and honest party and the struggle against corruption. By tracing back to the history and investigating the present situation, this paper probes into the origin, background, significance and challenges of the clean political construction of the new leading collective of the Party step by step, and then puts forward the concrete implementation measures. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, summarizes the theory of clean political construction at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts of culture, clean government culture and clean political construction. At the same time, the paper points out the research ideas and research methods adopted. The second chapter is the historical origin of clean government culture. By tracing back to the history, this chapter combs in detail the development of ancient clean government culture, Marxist clean government culture and the clean government culture with Chinese characteristics. In order to prove the feasibility of the clean political construction of the new leadership collective from the point of view of clean government culture. The third chapter is the background and significance of the clean political construction of the new leading collective of the Party. This part mainly analyzes the background of the clean political construction from the historical and realistic aspects, and points out the significance of the clean political construction. The fourth chapter is the challenge of the clean political construction of the new leading collective of the Party. From four aspects of ideological construction, organization construction, style construction and system construction, this chapter analyzes the difficulties faced by the clean political construction of the new leading collective of our country. The fifth chapter puts forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the construction of clean politics from the anti-corruption attitude, determination, task and goal of the new leading group of the Party. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, is the summary of the full text. The innovation of this paper lies in the attempt to study the clean political construction of the new CPC leadership group through the perspective of clean government culture, and to make a relatively systematic and in-depth discussion. As far as possible in the research perspective and research content breakthrough and innovation, in order to provide reference for the new leadership of the party's clean political construction.
