【摘要】：从毛泽东反腐防变一贯的根本思想看,从新中国成立后尤其是改革开放以来反腐防变的经验教训看,应把改造主观世界、依靠人民管党和完善制度法制三者结合起来才能有效地反腐防变,以确保党的无产阶级先锋队性质。
[Abstract]:Judging from Mao Zedong's consistent basic idea of anti-corruption and prevention, and from the experience and lessons of anti-corruption and prevention since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, we should transform the subjective world. Only by combining the people's administration of the Party with the perfection of the system and legal system can we effectively fight against corruption and prevent change in order to ensure the proletarian vanguard nature of the Party.
